There are several game ideas in both the S.T.E.M game fields and the social game fields. I am going to dicuss 5 different possibilites that involve both of these fields.
   My first idea would involve a war colition game. Such as the one going on now in the middle east countries, it involves all the S.T.E.M fields and the news and civics field.
   When I played the game "Bridge Builder" I really felt like an engineer. I feel that in West Virginia it is crucial to have good roads and bridges to propel our bright citizens on into the future. I feel that the new road from Rita Mall to Man was a great improvment for not only the town but our area as a whole. There are many businesses there that are not easily accessable by the old road. Hopefully in the near future the road will be continued on to Logan.
    My third idea would be one that is close to me. Two of my favorite hobbies include hunting and fishing, and becasue of illegal poaching and disease, the heard is in danger. An ongoing problem in Chief Logan State Park is feeding the animals. Although the people don't feel they are harming the animals, they truly are. My game would include a heard starting out and the people must stop people from poaching and feeding to keep what population they have and keep it growing.  
  My neighbor in class is planning a game about physics with his team. I feel that this is a field of study that everyone should know a little about. They don't realize how much physics involve our lives daily. My game would include different everyday life situations that the player would have to identify and change.
  My fifth and final idea is one that has and is currently being debated, the space shuttle program. I would like to create a design game for people to design and test fly their own space vehicle that Nasa might be able to use one day. It involves both the S.T.E.M. and news game catagories.

My team mate Holli has done a fabulous job at creating the paper prototype. It shows exactly how our game will go.

Imagining the Game

My team group "Coal Fired" has came up with a game that I am sure will be original. It involves how to mine coal safetly, modernly, and the fastest. It teaches people, in this region particullarily, the basics of coal mining.
All rules and playing methods come from the Mining Safety and Health Administration.

The Mini-Game

The mini game has been the most challenging task so far in Globalarial; however, I am now complete and it is working well. I can't help but worry about making the big game from scrach.

My STEM Game

I have been researching for my STEM game mining engineering. I hope to one day become one and I figured if I was going to make a game it might as well be on that. So that is my reason for researching my topic.

STEM Games

My favortie game was "Drift Runers". However my favoirte catagory was the STEM games. Not only because that is my game making field, but because that includes all of my favorite subject area's in school.

Games

Our game topics are in the STEM field. We are hoping to create a game that involoves mine engineering. Hopefully not only making it educational but enjoyable

Globalaria

This class so far has not been overly stressful. However creating the wiki itself was. So many codes and steps to go through to get just one picture uploaded. I am really excited about the prizes I could possibly get. but worried about how difficult it will be to create a game.

Making a Wiki

My experience at making a wiki was very stessful. We all worked together to get each others finished on time. The hardest part for me, believe it or not, was adding the avatar to the page. For some reason it just wouldn't work for me. Mrs. Ellis ended up helping me figure it out. Then on Friday my computer blacked out and I had to go and resave all of the pictures I wanted to add to the wiki. All in all everything went well by the end of the day Friday, and my wiki page is now complete.

This is my first official post to my blog. Still trying to figure out how to work it. So far so good. Just really slow.
